How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches out to Densityloves Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics We Accept
You can contact us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Densityloves Tree Service
- How your personal information was handled
- Content on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we introduced you to
When the Issue Involves a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please note that Densityloves Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Steps to File
First, email contact@densityloves.garden. Next, include these details:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you are hoping for
After You Send It
We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Finally, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
